Shipping Policy

At DTG Naturals, we ship within the USA only.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.
• Live Plants: Orders with live plants are shipped via Priority Mail to ensure quick delivery. Plant orders placed on Thursday through Sunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday to avoid delays in transit.
• Shipping Delays: In cases of inclement weather or Carrier disruptions, shipping may be delayed until conditions improve.
