Plants & Products

  • Shipping Locations
    We currently ship plants, teas, and skincare products only within the USA. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.
  • Shipping Timeframe
    Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days.
  • Live Plants
    For orders containing live plants, we only use Priority shipping to ensure they arrive quickly and safely.
  • Weekend Orders
    Orders containing live plants placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday to avoid plants being held at the post office over the weekend.
  • Inclement Weather
    If weather conditions such as hurricanes or storms impact shipping routes, we may hold orders until it is safe to ship. I’m based in Florida and will resume shipping as soon as the local post office reopens.

Teas & Skincare

  • Packaging
    Teas and skincare products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  • Transit Time
    Most orders ship via First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the weight and size.
  • Shipping Delays
    In rare cases of extreme weather or Carrier delays, shipping times may be extended.

Returns & Refunds

  • Plants
    Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, if your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
  • Teas & Skincare
    For safety and hygiene reasons, teas and skincare products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Order Issues
    If there is an issue with delivery (e.g., tracking says "delivered" but you can’t find the package), contact your local USPS office immediately, as they can often locate it. Alternatively, wait a few days, as packages sometimes show up after being marked as delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Additional Notes

  • Plant Care
    We ensure plants are healthy when shipped, but their care after delivery is up to the customer. Growing conditions such as lighting, watering, and environment play a major role in their success.
  • Germination & Growth
    All seeds, plants, and products are selected with care, and we stand by their quality. However, we cannot guarantee results as individual growing conditions vary.
