At DTG Naturals, we do not accept returns or issue refunds due to the perishable and personal nature of our products.
- Plants & Seeds: Once shipped, plants and seeds are non-refundable as their success depends on care and growing conditions.
- Skincare & Teas: For safety and hygiene reasons, these items are non-returnable.
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
For lost or missing packages marked as "delivered," please contact your local USPS office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
